  • 1 clove
  • ΒΌ tspn ground cinnamon
  • Β½ tspn desiccated coconut
  • ΒΌ tspn turmeric
  • ΒΌ tspn poppy seeds
  • ΒΌ tspn cardamom powder (or equivalent ground seeds)
  • ΒΌ tspn cumin seeds

Method

  1. 1

    In a pestle and mortar grind the clove, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds and cumin seeds to a fine powder.

  2. 2

    Mix in the ground cinnamon, turmeric and cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Store in an airtight jar and keep in a cool and dark place.
